Supplier Quality:

At PHF, our commitment to meeting the unique needs of our customers is at the forefront of everything we do, through collaborative efforts with our suppliers, we ensure that their specific requirements are met. Our Supplier Quality team, with their extensive experience and high level of expertise, carefully evaluates our suppliers’ compliance and provides assistance to address any issues that may arise. Additionally, we conduct thorough audits and carry out new product approvals while assessing potential new suppliers to maintain our high standards.

Product Quality:

At PHF, our inspection department is staffed by qualified professionals who possess a comprehensive understanding of all the different measuring instruments and gauges we utilise. Additionally, we possess the necessary resources to generate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documents, including capability studies, FMEA’s, flow charts, Measurement Systems Analysis, and control plans. We also produce PPAP’s ranging from level 1 to level 5 in either a physical or digital format depending on the preferences of our clients.
